Designer and co-creator of Trese Kajo Baldisimo teamed up with artist NFT Luis Buenaventura for the ‘Trese x Cryptopop’ series that will include 13 NFT collectibles.
Baldisimo said in a statement, “I’m so excited to share my first foray into the world of NFTs and digital collectibles. It was great working with Luis to create these pieces that speak to fans of ‘Trese’ from around the world. whole world.”
Buenaventura added: “I have always been a fan of the work of Budjette Tan and Kajo Baldisimo, and it was amazing to see the rise in popularity of the ‘Trese’ series over the past year.”
“Like the comics that inspired it, this NFT collection is our way of sharing Filipino mythology with the rest of the world.”
The first stage of the auction will take place from January 25 to 28 to Openseaone of the largest online marketplaces for NFT art.
At this particular auction, three animated paintings featuring characters Alexandra Tresthe Kambaland the Tikbalang will be made available, with the music of each piece created by the guitarist and designer Marco Palinar.
The coins will be sold in exchange for Ethereum (ETH), a type of cryptocurrency. Bidding for Alexandra will be sold in a single edition and will start at 2.666 ETH. On the other hand, Kambal and Tikbalang will have 13 editions each at the price of 0.666ETH.
