Kanan explained his thought process behind the famous “Maya” series as follows: “I combine the feminine elements of spirituality and mythology. Kanan, who has also exhibited his works at the India Art Fair and the Nehru Center in Worli, studied commercial art at the famous Nirmal Niketan College in Mumbai. She has been a full-time artist since 2015 and in March 2022 she will also have an exhibition at World Art, Dubai.
